About John Stalter

I have been selling real estate since 2002 in the Twin City area.  I have worked with new construction and higher end properties but as the market has changed, so have I with the main focus of my business helping buyers and investors in the purchase of REO/Bank owned properties.  I have been with the Minnesota Home Team for the last couple of years which specializes in the buying and selling of bank owned property.   Related experience includes  currently owning and managing 20 rental units and have the personal experience to share with clients to help them in their real estate investment decisions.  Other past related experiences have included working as a real estate appraiser and a real estate assessor for Carver County, MN.

I have lived throughout the Midwest and I am happy to call Minnesota home for the last 15 years and love everything it has to offer.  I enjoy helping people with one of their biggest decisions that they make in their lifetime.
